Monty Prints is a print-on-demand company, All products are unique and produced only after you place an order. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refund Defective or Damaged Product:
If you received the item in the wrong size, wrong color, wrong product or damaged then we offer you a reprint or full refund.

Returns or exchanges:
If your order was sent the wrong size or wrong color or wrong product or damaged product, we offer a free reprint or a refund if the problem is reported to the Monty Prints email: admin@saeroaviation.com indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with your order ID and required photo proof.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@saeroaviation.com.

Note: If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address is provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.

Once you confirm made an order with us, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order or fix the shipping address. After 24 hours, order cancellation or change of shipping address will not be supported. Because we will start to print the item and try to deliver it to you faster.
